Introducing Our New Product: SABA MATSUE Ramen

📢 Sustainable Flavor from Matsue!
We are excited to launch SABA MATSUE Ramen, a delicious and eco-friendly ramen that embodies the spirit of sustainability. By repurposing mackerel bones that would otherwise be discarded, this ramen contributes to the SDGs while offering a rich and unique flavor enhanced with Zussai ginger.

🍜 What makes SABA MATSUE Ramen special?
This project is a collaboration between M.F.F. (Mitsu Fisherman’s Factory) and Nakataka Co., Ltd.. M.F.F. is a pioneering group of modern fishermen in Shimane Prefecture, Japan, who not only catch fish but also process and sell them, creating a sustainable seafood industry. By using both the mackerel fillet for salted fish and the bones for broth, we have crafted a flavorful and environmentally friendly bowl of ramen.
